MPA, the CEFIC Methacrylates Sector Group and the JCIA Methacrylates Group have volunteered to sponsor four methacrylates (n-butyl methacrylate, iso-butyl methacrylate, ethyl methacrylate and ethylhexyl methacrylate) as a category under the International Council of Chemical Associations' (ICCA) High Production Volume (HPV) Program. The U.S. EPA and Japan will serve as co-sponsors of this category. The category was reviewed during SIAM 18 in April 2004. Follow-up work is on-going. Link to EPA website
